Flat slats provide firm and straight support for regular mattresses, while ergonomic curved slats offer elastic buffer, fit human spine curves and reduce physical pressure. Reinforced heavy-duty slats with auxiliary accessories are available for high-frequency usage scenarios.​ Standard specifications include thicknesses from 12mm to 18mm and common width of 60/63/66mm, with customized lengths available. All slats are polished with rounded edges and controlled at 8%-12% moisture content to avoid deformation and cracking. Featuring breathable gap design, mute and anti-slip performance, our bed slats effectively prevent mattress mildew, extend mattress service life and ensure quiet sleep.
